SAUSAGE ROLLS AT LUNCH RESTAURANT IN COLCHESTER
My mum passed her secret sausage roll recipe to me, I of course had to play around with it an introduce loads of different varieties.There have been some inventive creations made and eaten including cheese ploughmans and Philly cheesesteak flavour.
It was with some trepidation that I passed on the secret formula to Tope, he now makes all the sausage rolls allowing me the time to write about them while he makes them. Truth is that my best friend might actually be better at them than me, or it could just be that eating them is more fun then making 300 a week. What I can tell you is that they are a proper treat.
